To register, go to the Registration tab and fill in the form. Once your account is validated, you can start submitting your observations.
To recover your password, click on Forgotten Password.
You will receive an email with a personal password that will allow you to log in.
You can then change it by going to the My Account tab.

No, you do not need to create a new account. You will be able to view the history of all your observations from one year to the next.
Yes, it is important to update your email address. It will be used to recover your password if you forget it.
It is also used to receive information about the observatory and end-of-season reports.

Observations — Help & Issues
To record observations, go to the Observation tab and register by clicking Registration.
Once your account is validated, choose where to enter your observations by clicking on "migration, wintering" or "breeding". Choose the country, enter the municipality, and submit your observations.
It is possible that municipalities with the same name but different postal codes appear one after the other on the field form.
Send us an email via the Contact tab so that we can work around this error.
You can edit your form at any time by going to the Edit tab.
Choose the form to edit by clicking on the municipality — your form will open and you can correct it.
A municipality may occasionally not be listed, but this is extremely rare. Check that you have not forgotten a hyphen (e.g. Haute-Maison). The municipality will appear in the dropdown menu — simply select it.
No, you do not need to enter "0" for species not observed. You only enter the number of birds seen.
Identify the species, estimate the number and above all note the direction they are heading:

If you detect the presence of young birds with adults, it is very important to note the number of fledged and unfledged juveniles in order to better define the dependency periods.
This remark applies especially to water birds.
